Terms of Service

Effective date: July 22, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Momentum Landscaping's website, customer portal, and services in Utah. By requesting a quote, booking service, or using the portal, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide residential lawn maintenance and landscaping services (weekly/biweekly mowing, aeration, cleanups, and related add-ons) within our published service area during our operating season (approximately April 1 – November 15).

Quotes and Pricing

Published prices (e.g., $45 weekly mowing, $55 biweekly, $89 aeration, $15 curb strip add-on) apply to standard residential lots. Cleanups and landscaping add-ons are quoted individually after a property visit. Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide safe access to the service areas of your property on scheduled days (gates unlocked or codes provided, pets secured). If we cannot access the property, the visit may be marked as completed or rescheduled at our discretion.

Payment

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Utah sales tax applies where required. Late or failed payments may result in service pause.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance and take care on every visit. Report any property concern within 48 hours of a visit and we will make it right. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by Utah law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
